Support for scaling in

If you’re already in a position, and another signal comes in on the same instrument and account, it will currently be ignored (unless you are consuming the signal in SharkIndicator’s BlackBird, which has it’s own scaling settings).

Instead when we support scaling in, would you like to either be able to set:

• a maximum number of contracts/quantity per instrument; or

• set a maximum number of times to scale in (eg: up to 3 signals)
